Denny writes...

Fright finished her CD yesterday with a 190, and did a bonus leg today with a 185. 

I could not be prouder of her!  She used every bit of her training, faith and determination.  I was so happy.  She didn't have one minute of stress or confusion in the ring... that was the real victory.  I learned to right what I had failed to supply her with; confidence and total mastery of the skills she needed to do the job.  We were so in the "zone", it was magic.

What a way to retire.  She is officially done with any hard stuff!  Now it's just playing on the beach, chasing balls and maybe some freestyle if she wants, and lots of new tricks to keep her busy.

I learned so much this month from her... ever my teacher of the hard lessons.  She was right, I couldn't finish her at Santa Maria, there was the most important stuff of all left still to teach me!  She now knows heeling is maybe the biggest payoff on earth, and loves to do it.  Her downs are so solid you cannot pry her off the ground unless she has been released.
